Adjudication
Please note that SBCC is not an Adjudicator Nominating Body. Although SBCC Contracts allow for Adjudication, appointments are normally made through one of the suggested routes in the contract, i.e. RIAS, RICS in Scotland, NSCC, Scottish Building.
