The new SBCC 2005 integrated forms of contract are proving popular and the suite has been extended with the Design and Build and Sub-contract forms. JCT has also published new forms including the JCT Constructing Excellence Standard form.
Amendments
Amendment Sheets No 1 have been issued by SBCC to show the changes to be made to the SBCC 2005 suite of contracts to incorporate the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007. In the Minor Works, contracts amendments have also been made in relation to the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and the insurance provisions. These can be found under Amendments in the Home page.
